Comparison
The Comparison view shows the comparison name at the top followed by the list of items with their name, price, and quantity. The items are sorted by how much value they each offer. The best deals are listed at the top (in green) while the worst deals are at the bottom (in red). Items can be added, deleted, and edited from this view.
Setting the comparison name is useful for looking up past comparisons in the history.
Each item contains a name, price, count, quantity, and units (and region, if applicable). The price/units and quantity in imperial and metric units are also displayed. These allow you to compare the value of the product (e.g. price/lb and price/kg for weight) and the quantity (e.g. lb and kg for weight) in common units.
The items at the top of the list offer the best value and are in shades of green while items below are in shades of red. The best deals display Best Value on the right while other items show how much more they cost in price/units (e.g. +45% cost). The bottom of the view displays the total number of valid items and the price range (valid items contain a non-zero price, count, and quantity).
To add an item, tap the + button on the top right of the view. Tap each field to enter the item name, price, count, quantity, and units. To delete an item, swipe your finger over the item from one side to the other and tap the Delete button to confirm. To edit an item, just tap the field you want to change and select a new value. Once you're done editing, the list is resorted by value.
Tap the New button on the top left to start a new comparison. The previous comparison is added to the history once you start a new one. You can also shake your device to start a new comparison (see Settings below).
